Now and Then. . .
A little over 20 years ago, the first Leadership Network forum was held at Glen Eyrie Christian Conference Center in Colorado Springs. Twenty-three senior pastors from large churches across the country gathered to talk about the issues they were facing as leaders. The three most common challenges expressed by these pastors were:
How to remain a man or woman of God in the midst of all the busy-ness?
How to set a vision for a church?
How to deal with the staff?

To date, over 4,000 churches from the US and Canada have been served through a Leadership Network forum, conference, summit, learning adventure or leadership community. And the challenges have changed a bit. Today, the list is more topic driven:

How do we do multi-site?
How can our church become more externally focused?
Help me solve the leadership vacuum in my church.
Should our church implement a recovery ministry?
