Buford Receives 2005 Christian Management
Award
Bob Buford, chairman of the board
of The Buford Foundation, author
of
Halftime, and the founder
and chairman of Leadership Network,
recently received the Christian
Management Association's 2005 Christian
Management Award.
Buford, former chairman and CEO
of Texas-based Buford Television,
Inc., a large network of cable systems,
which he sold in 1999, launched
Leadership Network in 1984. He is
also the author of four books:
Halftime:
Changing Your Game Plan from Success
to Significance, Game Plan, Stuck
in Halftime, and his
latest,
Finishing Well: What People Who
REALLY Live Do Differently.
The
"Halftime"
movement has fueled a revolution
of service and innovation among
men and women who are focusing on
