Recruitment Boot Camp - A First for Phi Kappa Psi
This past weekend Phi Psis from across the country gathered at the University of Kansas to experience a program like no other. Recruitment Boot Camp is an intensive, weekend long program that gives chapters the means to plan a successful recruitment drive, evaluate their past performance and make positive changes for future efforts.

beyond their expectations" said Ron Ransom, Butler ‘00 and Director of Expansion for the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity as he prepared for the program. "Recruitment Boot Camp is a great way to get chapters the training they need on the vital aspect of recruiting. Without effective recruiting chapters would seize to exist. The training members will receive will allow each group to build a strong foundation for their future."
In a little more than twenty-seven hours of programming, the undergraduate attendees are taught an important lesson on the Fraternity’s values and how they affect and assist with recruitment. They also gain a better understanding of relationship building, branding and alignment.
